These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BeKonek Solutions LLC website (https://bekonek.com) and the interpretation, translation, healthcare coordination, and related language services we provide. By accessing the site or engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

BeKonek Solutions provides professional language services including, but not limited to: over-the-phone interpretation (OPI), video remote interpretation (VRI), on-site interpretation, certified document translation, multilingual customer support, and healthcare coordination. Specific scope, pricing, and delivery terms are defined in individual service agreements, statements of work, or signed quotes.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Use the site to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, its servers, or related systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site without our written permission

Language services are provided pursuant to a signed service agreement, statement of work, master services agreement, or accepted quote. Where conflicts exist between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Confidentiality

BeKonek Solutions treats client information as confidential. Our interpreters, translators, and staff sign confidentiality agreements. When providing services to healthcare entities, we act as a Business Associate under HIPAA and handle Protected Health Information in accordance with applicable Business Associate Agreements.

6. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to maintain accurate information, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeKonek Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Liability for direct damages, if any, is limited as set forth in the applicable signed service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
